See my Zillow reviewsGrowing up in Durham, Adam has lived in the Triangle for over 35 years. Upon graduation from Jordan High School he studied Business at UNCP and then received an MBA from UNCC. Entering the residential real estate profession in 2007, Adam started in new construction with the hope of educating himself on the building process. His initial plan was to work in new construction for 2 years prior to getting into general brokerage while still waiting tables for additional income. The 2008 economic recession expedited that and he ventured into general brokerage early. With the worst economy since the Great Depression, Adam built his initial database through door knocking while still waiting tables. He would give every table that he waited business cards and worked with several people that were relocating to the area. After 6 months, he waited his last table and went Full Time into real estate focusing primarily on buyers as days on market were super high on the list side. Grossman developed a reputation for getting results even during difficult times.
With an interest in investing, Adam purchased his first rental property in 2008 and became not only a Top Producing Realtor during the 2008 Economic Recession, but also an avid investor in years to follow. After a decade of selling at a high level he established the Grossman Group and built a team to help leverage his business.
His interests include fitness, reading (most genres), travel, and socializing. He says that real estate is not only a career but a passion and it all starts with the customer!

Max McGee

Max McGee is a Buyer’s Specialist with Grossman Real Estate Group. He’s an experienced broker who loves helping people reach their Real Estate goals as homeowners or investors.
Max has been with the firm for over six years and investing in the Triangle market for over ten. Being a Buyer’s Specialist, Max helps with first time home buyers, relocations around the Triangle, land purchases, new builds, and investors. He really enjoys getting to know each customer's needs and helping them navigate the market for the entire process, from financing to purchase. While a majority of his transactions are home buyers, Max has developed a niche in helping find and manage Short Term Rentals for investors. In all of his transactions, Max's main goal is to give as much information to his clients as possible so they can feel comfortable with what is, in a lot of cases, their biggest purchase of their life.
Max grew up in a military family and moved around a lot growing up, but he has settled here in North Carolina. He grew up primarily in Wilmington and then attended UNC Chapel Hill. He met wife here in Raleigh and they now have two boys that he's always chasing around. Max is extremely invested in the Triangle, not only as an agent, but owner of a local gym and short term property management company.
